Conference registration includes admission to open sessions, limited attendance workshops (additional cost & pre-registration required), as well as entrance to the Wellness Expo with exhibitors and a stage hosting hourly presentations focused on overall wellness. In addition, there are a variety of social events available to attend as well.

REGISTRATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
Alberta Wellness Summit registration and additional fees are due upon registration. You will not be officially registered until payment is received.
Refunds/Cancellations & changes to your registration can be made up until 11:59 PM on June 1, 2023 with no additional charge. To request a refund or cancel your registration, please contact aws@cdsab.ca with your name, email, and confirmation code. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 1, 2023.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made June 1, 2023 at 12:00 AM onwards.
There will be a late registration fee of $100 for any registrations completed on or after May 15, 2023 at 12:00 AM. Update: This deadline has been extended to May 23, 2023 at 11:59pm.
Limited attendance workshops are subject to maximum enrollments and are also subject to change. Maximums are met on a first come, first served basis.
The Basic Life Support workshops are non-refundable.
All other limited attendance sessions and social events, including the Crown Gala, are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if cancelled by 11:59 PM on May 31, 2023. No refunds will be issued for cancellations on or after June 1, 2023 at 12:00 AM.
You must register separately for all social events. Event fees are subject to change for on-site registrations. If an event is sold out with pre-registration, there will be no tickets available on-site.
You must be registered for admission to all activities and events. Some events have limited availability, therefore we encourage early registration.
ALL delegates will be required to wear name badges at ALL times to gain access to sessions. All social Events are ticketed events and will require the physical ticket to be presented at the door. Name badges and social event tickets will be distributed on site.
If you are not a registered attendee, access will NOT be permitted to AWS events.
